The Yost Law Firm was founded in 1947 and our practicing attorneys have well over 150 years of combined track history in numerous areas of law including personal injury; LLC/Corporation business formation and planning; real estate; family law; estate planning; corporate and business transactions; civil litigation; criminal defense; and a multitude of other areas of law. We are a legal team – we communicate, collaborate and often brainstorm with one another without added expense to the client in order to ensure the client receives the best possible outcome.

The firm represented, for example, Nebraska plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit involving the Microsoft Corporation resulting in a 22.6 million dollar settlement.
