Robert retired in 2021. Robert’s practice is focused on representing individuals, families and small businesses in Fremont and the surrounding area. He has great experience and success in counseling, advising and representing his clients on business and personal matters. Robert is result oriented and is focused on achieving the best results for his clients.
He has handled all types of litigation cases, including successfully representing the Plaintiffs in the Nebraska Microsoft Class Action case. He has had extensive practice in representing banks, creditors, as well as debtors in commercial transactions and litigation.
Robert enjoys many activities with their two grown children and his wife Dian Christensen-Hillis.
He supports her in her passion of coaching Special Olympics and helping those with intellectual disabilities. He has spent many years coaching youth teams in different sports. His hobbies include golf, hunting, travel, and following sports, especially the Huskers.
